Free Shipping on All Orders

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international!

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 14-28 business days
  • Other Countries: 14-35 business days
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact our customer service team at info@brismarket.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for your return
  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided label
Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
